Convert Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets — along with their OpenDocument equivalents (ODT, ODS, ODP) — into universal, shareable PDFs. Conversion runs through LibreOffice on the server, preserving formatting, fonts, and layout as closely as the original, so what you see in the source file is what shows up in the PDF. Each PowerPoint slide becomes exactly one page; Excel sheets keep their tables, rows, and columns intact. Useful whenever you need a document that looks the same everywhere, regardless of whether the person opening it has Office installed. No sign-up, no daily limit, and no premium tier to hit a wall against.
Layout, fonts, and styling are preserved as closely as possible to the original, since conversion runs through LibreOffice rather than a simplified renderer. The most common cause of a mismatch is font substitution — if your document uses a font that isn't installed on the conversion server, LibreOffice falls back to a similar available font, which can shift line breaks and spacing slightly. Embedding fonts in the source document before uploading (File > Options > Save in Word, or the equivalent in PowerPoint/Excel) avoids this.
No — this tool handles one document at a time. Upload, convert, and download each file individually.
This is the single most common Excel-to-PDF complaint, and it happens in every converter, not just this one — a wide spreadsheet simply doesn't fit standard page width. Before uploading, set your sheet's print scaling in Excel (Page Layout > Scale to Fit > Width: 1 page) or switch to landscape orientation, both of which the PDF conversion will then follow. Converting after that fix, rather than trying to fix it in the PDF afterward, gives a far more reliable result.
Yes — each slide becomes exactly one page in the resulting PDF, in the same order as the presentation, which is the standard, expected behavior for this kind of conversion.
No — remove the password protection in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint first, then upload the unprotected file. There's no field in this tool to enter a password, and the server-side conversion can't open a file it can't decrypt.
No — this tool only converts into PDF, not out of it. Converting a PDF back to an editable Office format is a different, harder problem (reconstructing structure from a fixed-layout format) and isn't built on this site currently.
Yes — your file is processed on the server only to perform the conversion and is automatically deleted afterward. It isn't stored, shared, or used for anything else.
Yes — alongside Microsoft Office formats, this tool also accepts ODT (LibreOffice/OpenOffice Writer documents), ODS (Calc spreadsheets), and ODP (Impress presentations) as source files, converting any of them to PDF the same way.
No — some well-known converters cap free-tier document-to-PDF conversion and charge an annual fee for unlimited use. This site has no premium tier at all, so that limit doesn't exist here.
Yes — 50MB per file, the same document-upload limit that applies across every document and PDF tool on this site.
Similar outcome, different path — Word's built-in PDF export uses your local installed fonts and settings, while this tool converts server-side through LibreOffice. Both produce a standard PDF; results are usually near-identical, though see the font-substitution note above if you notice small spacing differences.
No — this tool is for Office document formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OpenDocument), not images. To turn photos or scanned pages into a PDF, use Image Arranger to PDF instead.
No fixed page-count limit — the real constraint is the 50MB file-size cap, not how many pages or slides are inside the document.
Not directly — Google's formats aren't Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files. Export the Google file to its Office equivalent first (File > Download > Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint) or as ODT/ODS/ODP, then upload that here.
Upload multiple images, arrange them in any order with intuitive drag-and-drop (built to work on touch devices too, not just mouse), and convert to a single PDF document. Perfect for creating photo albums, organizing scanned documents, compiling receipts, or preparing presentations. Features unlimited image uploads (no count cap, unlike some well-known converters that cap free users at 20 images), drag-and-drop reordering, live preview with position numbers, support for JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and BMP formats, quality preservation in PDF output, individual image deletion, instant PDF generation and download, and automatic cleanup for privacy. Each image becomes a full page in your PDF with maintained aspect ratio. Ideal for creating photo albums from vacation pictures, organizing receipts and invoices, compiling scanned documents, preparing visual presentations, creating image-based reports, and archiving photos in PDF format. Upload images up to 20MB each, with fast server-side processing and automatic file deletion after conversion.

Features three quality modes — Low (smallest file size), Medium (balanced, good size-to-quality ratio), and High (best quality, minimal size reduction) — plus an exact target-KB size if you need one. Perfect for reducing file sizes before email attachments, uploading to websites with size limits, saving storage space, optimizing PDFs for web delivery, and preparing documents for faster sharing. Uses advanced compression algorithms to optimize content streams and reduce redundant data. All processing is secure with automatic file cleanup after compression. Upload files up to 50MB for instant compression and download. Ideal for business documents, presentations, reports, scanned documents, and image-heavy PDFs.
